MSSU is seeking candidates for a Master Instructor Position in the Department of Language and Literature starting August 2024 in Joplin, Missouri. Successful candidates should be prepared to teach Spanish language courses. Experience teaching hybrid or online courses and a contextualized approach to teaching are preferred, as is experience administering internships. Specialization is open.

The position requires a demonstrated commitment to teaching excellence and advising at the undergraduate level. A Ph.D. in Spanish, or a related field is preferred; however, ABD candidates and those holding master’s degrees will be considered.
